How returns and cancellations work at Drivings.
Drivings is a digital subscription service. Because there's nothing physical to ship back, our "returns" policy is really about cancellation and refund eligibility.
This page explains when you can cancel, what happens to your subscription, and how to get a refund where one is due.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the start of your subscription to change your mind, without giving us a reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period".
By starting your 14-day free trial you keep this right in full — there's nothing to pay during the trial and you can cancel any time before it ends.
As soon as you start using Drivings, you're accessing digital content. If you ask us to start providing the service during the cooling-off period and then cancel, we may charge you a proportionate amount for the part of the service you used. We'll always be reasonable here, and most learners on the free trial pay nothing at all.
You can cancel at any time, in two ways:
Cancellation stops any future renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period we'll refund you in full, minus any proportionate charge for use during that time. Cancel after the cooling-off period and your subscription simply won't renew — we won't issue a refund for the remainder of the term unless our separate refund policy applies.
