The motorcycle (Module 1) theory test has the same 50 multiple-choice + hazard perception format as the car test. But the question bank weights three topics far more heavily than car.
Balance and slow control
Expect questions on counter-steering, low-speed manoeuvring, and how road camber affects balance. Car learners almost never see these.
Observation and lifesavers
The 'lifesaver' check — a glance over your shoulder before any change of direction — is the most-tested motorcycle concept by a margin. Know when it's required and when it isn't.
Motorway behaviour
Crosswind exposure, lane positioning relative to lorries, and what to do in heavy rain at motorway speed all appear more often than in car.
